ICU RN Job Details

• Location: Tucson, AZ 85741 (Arizona nursing jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: August 25, 2025
• End Date: November 24, 2025
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,860 - $2,210 per week
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Primary Facility: Leading healthcare facility (potential float to nearby facilities within 25 miles)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license for travel nurses)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (MSICU preferred)
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR systems
• Flexibility to float to other units or healthcare facilities as needed

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Float to other units or facilities within the healthcare network as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR
