Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language impairments. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs. Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately and timely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and ASHA standards.
