Remote Customer Care Rep

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a

Remote Customer Care Rep

to fill an opening in

Tennessee .

Daily Responsibilities for Remote Customer Care Rep:

Will take inbound calls and provide customer service support for prescription benefit questions (coverage determination, placing orders for prescriptions, check pharmacies in system). They will be speaking with people who are 18-65+ in age.

Must have empathy/ be able to calm members, must be able to multi-task and working with dual monitors, computer proficiency

Training: Will be M-F 8-4:30pm local time- NO TIME OFF ALLOWED for the 1st 6 weeks. Training is crucial and builds on each day prior We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team. This includes virtual (for remote locations only) training of a minimum of 6 weeks. Training is created to allow you to experience hands on learning while also interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1! Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and WFH opportunities. Schedule options are designed to create a flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. We are currently offering full time schedules with an opportunity to do a split shift if interested

Schedule: All schedules will be M-F, post training contingents will transition to M-F with hours that they agree upon with the business.

Shift Options: 7:00am-3:30pm 8:00am-4:30pm 10:00am-6:30pm 11:15am-7:45pm

Required Qualifications for Remote Customer Care Rep:

1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications - will use dual monitors and many systems Must have empathy / good soft skills High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications for Remote Customer Care Rep:

Associates degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills 6+ months of healthcare experience Benefits for Remote Customer Care Rep:

Pay Details: $19/hour - $19/hour
