Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and track all warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies
Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve claim issues or denials
Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth claim submission
Stay current with manufacturer warranty programs, updates, and recall bulletins
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive warranty processing or dealership service administration preferred
Knowledge of GM warranty policies is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, AutoMate, or similar)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
