Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Navigate Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules—training provided. Schedule appointments efficiently to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes when needed. Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and needs. Maintain accurate customer database information. Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours. Participate in quality assurance initiatives. Protect customer privacy and proprietary information. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Work Environment Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations: Comfortable sitting at a desk with computer and phone.
