About the Role

The Company is seeking a Costco Cardmember Experience Sr. Manager, Senior Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the cobrand credit card product management, with a focus on cardmember experience, rewards, retention, and issue resolution. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives to enhance cardmember satisfaction, improve processes, and strengthen controls. The individual will lead the Costco Cardmember Obsession Unit, collaborate with various teams to address cardmember pain points, and act as the primary liaison with the partner for all experience-related matters. A strong background in the credit card industry is preferred, and the role requires a strategic, customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of driving results. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strategic agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The position demands an individual with exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing abilities, who can effectively engage with all levels of management in a highly matrixed environment.
