Role Summary
Assists staff and Housekeeping Managers in maintaining cleanliness standards for Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Employee Areas.
What You Will Do
- Direct a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.
- Ensure Four Seasons standards are achieved in the housekeeping area.
- Provide outstanding service by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every guest.
- Assist guests with requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to interactions efficiently, cordially, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage labor cost.
- Assist in coordinating the Housekeeping Schedule.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar position within hospitality; previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
