About the role
Assists staff and Housekeeping Managers in maintaining cleanliness standards for Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Employee Areas.
What you will do
- Directs a section of the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.
- To ensure Four Seasons standards are being achieved in the housekeeping area.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
- To assist guests with any requests in a timely and professional manner.
- To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
- To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
- Effective manage labor cost.
- Assist in coordinating Housekeeping Schedule.
What you bring
- At least 1 year experience within the same or similar position with hospitality; previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
