About the role

Assists staff and Housekeeping Managers in maintaining cleanliness standards for Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Employee Areas.

What you will do

• Directs a section of the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.
• To ensure Four Seasons standards are being achieved in the housekeeping area.
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• To assist guests with any requests in a timely and professional manner.
• To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
• To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
• Effective manage labor cost.
• Assist in coordinating Housekeeping Schedule.

What you bring

• At least 1 year experience within the same or similar position with hospitality; previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.

Full Time (mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
