Client: Energy and Utilities Domain Role: LMS Administrator Duration: 5 Months - 32 hrs/week (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance) Location: Sacramento, CA 95817 - Onsite Role Pay Range: ($42-$43.79) hourly Duties: Learning Technology / LMS Administration: Manage and oversee the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all training modules are correctly uploaded, organized, and easily accessible to employees. Assist employees with technical issues related to the LMS, guiding accessing training modules and navigating the system efficiently. Utilize ServiceNow to document training requests and manage workflows related to training administration. Act as a liaison between the organization and third-party vendors (which include Learning and Skillsoft) to test and resolve issues for launching and tracking third-party web-based content. Meet with customers to discuss training, tracking, and reporting needs and provide consultation on best practices, policies, and governance requirements to ensure alignment and system integrity; Follow up with appropriate parties to resolve issues; escalate complex issues. eLearning & Multimedia development Mandatory training eLearning development using a variety of eLearning development software (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, WellSaid, etc.) Curation and custom learning path development using the LinkedIn Learning platform Custom / Ad hoc learning design Training delivery and facilitation (backup): Serve as backup trainer/facilitator for classroom and virtual sessions if needed to ensure seamless delivery of training programs. General Training Administration: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including booking locations, arranging technology needs, and preparing training materials. Collaborate with trainers to ensure that session content aligns with the organization's goals and employee development needs. Collect feedback from training participants to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, reporting findings through the LMS and ServiceNow. Prepare regular reports on training participation, completion rates, and feedback to inform management and drive continuous improvement in training programs. Leverage ServiceNow and or the LMS for reporting and analytics to provide insights on training effectiveness and employee engagement.
