Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Our client, a prominent small professional services organization, is seeking an engaging and driven Recruiter to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and building lasting relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship building.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fill roles with qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, required.
- Experience in professional services or financial services organizations, highly preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
The salary range for this role is $60k-$85k. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
