Overview

The Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You may be the first, last, or only associate a member interacts with. You will smile, greet, and thank each member, run registers, and support members through the self-checkout experience. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You may juggle several tasks while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

Responsibilities

• Operate registers and assist with the self-checkout experience to support members
• Greet members, provide friendly service, and address questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Process member purchases and payments according to company policies
• Assist with locating merchandise and promoting store products and services
• Support safety, security, and cleanliness standards on the sales floor

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a focus on retail or front-end operations
• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Experience working with mobile retail applications is a plus
