$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Responsibilities / What you'll do

The member frontline cashier is the heart of the front end. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with. It’s important to smile, greet, and thank each member. You will run registers and support members through the self-checkout experience. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You may juggle several tasks in a short time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering questions
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; follow company standards; report unsafe situations
• Assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues and concerns; promote products and services
• Provide guidance for member self-service technology; process purchases and handle payments; assist with transactions using registers or self-checkout; organize merchandise
• Follow company policies and ethics; implement action plans; adhere to Open Door Policy
• Complete tasks by prioritizing, collaborating with managers and colleagues, communicating progress, and adapting to change

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Premiums may apply if criteria are met.
