Overview

The Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of the front end. You may be the first, last, and sometimes only associate our members interact with. You will smile, greet, and thank each member, run registers and support the self-checkout experience. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area. This is a rewarding role as part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and assist members across the club as needed
• Assist members with purchases, operate registers or self-checkout, process payments, and locate merchandise
• Keep areas neat, clean, and member-ready
• Support safety and cleanliness of the facility in accordance with company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment
• Experience operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with a focus on member satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile retail applications

Compensation

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Actual hourly wage will be determined by location and may be higher based on applicable premiums and other compensation opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
