OHM Concessions Group owns, operates and manages restaurants in airports across the United States. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a fun work environment.

We are looking for an experienced barista who can brew a great cup of joe and help us provide exceptional customer experience for our guests. The person should be committed to the job, show initiative, be an excellent salesman and a great team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A qualified candidate must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques and coffee brewing and grinding equipment, and must be able to cater to guests\' needs, upsell when appropriate, and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Flexible shifts and schedules available. Full and part-time available.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests\' needs.
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
• Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment.
• Handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies.
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
• Experience as a Barista preferred.
• Can communicate effectively in English
• Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques.
• Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Must showcase great sales and presentation skills.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
