Compass Christian Church, a growing church with 8,000 members across 5 campuses, is seeking a Production Technician to assist with Video and Lighting needs for weekend services.

Position Details:

• Part Time / Hourly / As Needed

Requirements:

• A committed Christian comfortable working in a church environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate Camera or video switcher during weekend services.
2. Assist in training new volunteers.
3. Operate lighting for services.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Manage A/V systems for outside events as needed.
6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Director.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Stay current with best practices in Video & Lighting.
• Work well with production and worship teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Show initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to feedback from the Production Director.
• Possess good problem-solving skills to identify and prevent issues.
• Manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Present a professional attitude and appearance with enthusiasm.

This position reports directly to the Production Director. Applications must include at least two professional references.
