Star Dental Partners is hiring: Dental Hygienist in Rock Hill

Overview

Carolina Smile Design is seeking a Part Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Rock Hill, South Carolina due to the growth of this expanding practice.

Join a practice that provides excellent clinical service to patients and supports collaboration within a friendly dental team.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
• Educating patients in oral hygiene technique
• Reviewing patients\' history and charting
• Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Document areas of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray equipment
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed
• Build strong relationships with patients to ensure a comfortable and positive experience

Schedule details: Thursday 7:45am – 5:00pm and Friday 7:45am – 2:00pm, with 1 hour lunch on Thursdays and no lunch on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Hygienist license required
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Knowledgeable about periodontal health and patient education
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 year of RDH clinical experience
• Experience with dental practice software
• Team player who is open, positive, and flexible
