• End Date: February 16, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: Day shifts, 3x12-hour (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM); weekdays and some weekends; rotating holidays
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1680 - $1720
• Patient Age Groups: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Estimated Patient Ratios: 3.5:1
• Floating: Required within units of equivalent or lower acuity

ER RN Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recent emergency room nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – compact or Ohio state license required
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Epic charting experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to provide two professional references (one from a manager/director or formal leadership)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
• Perform triage, assessment, and management of acute and critical conditions
• Administer emergency medications, blood products, and IV therapies
• Manage arterial and central lines, continuous IV sedation/paralytics, and multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Interpret dysrhythmias, obtain and interpret 12-lead EKG/ECG
• Participate in procedural sedation and phlebotomy
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare support teams (pharmacy, respiratory services, interpretation services, unit secretary)
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
