Third Shift (Nights) - 10:30pm - 7:00am, Mon - Fri, Shift Differential: +15%, Location: Rochester, NY, Compensation: $22.00/HR

A Day in the Life:
- Responsibility for the daily distribution activities, productivity and quality within assigned department.
- Provide leadership and assistance with the daily operation of the department to meet all daily objectives.
- Assist employees with exceptions and problem resolution to ensure accuracy within the department.
- Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to meet department goals.
- Organize and direct workflow for the department when supervisor is unavailable
- Provide instructions about standard operating procedures, customer quality requirements, and help in resolving problems.
- Train temporary employees and new hires.
- Assist the supervisor in maintaining a safe, injury-free work environment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Desire to work within a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move about the operations environment (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required
