Part-Time Position: Starting at $11 per hour. Open availability required for evenings and weekends.

Hourly pay increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones courteously using scripted information.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new prospects.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
