Shearer's Foods is hiring: Warehouse Loader / Forklift Operator in Perham

End-of-Week Days: 7PM-7AM Thursday/Friday/Saturday + every other Wednesday ($18.55/hour + $3/hr shift differential)

Additional $1/hour once trained.

Overview

This role focuses on operating as part of a team in a warehouse environment, with weekend and overtime availability. Compensation includes an hourly rate with shift differential and potential for additional pay after training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and work as part of a team to deliver quality results for customers.
• Support and invest in a strong team; interact effectively with management and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have at least 1 year of experience operating propane sit-down lifts, and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace.
• Simple math skills are required.
• Must be a team player and able to interact with management and co-workers.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed.
• Experience: Prior warehouse, forklift, high-lift reach truck, and WMS system experience preferred.
