Position Summary
The Office Manager will manage student staff hours and desk scheduling, assist the Director with processing budget documentation, manage office backend systems, and coordinate improvements to the physical office space.
Position Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of general clerical experience.
- Ability to manage high volume of email/phone communication and details with multiple campus partners.
- Able to work independently with little direction and as a team member.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of files, documents, student information, etc.
- Computing experience such as Microsoft Office Suites including Outlook, web navigation, and internet applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Colorado State University systems and processes, such as Kuali, Oracle, and TMS.
- Experience working with budget and account reconciliation.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with campus departments.
- General knowledge of campus resources and support systems.

- Manage student staff hours and desk scheduling.

- Manage office backend systems (Teams, One Drive, etc.).
- Manage office space reservation process.
- Manage departmental email.
- Co-coordinate improvements to the physical office space.
