- Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients

Job Position Description
- Experience in remodeling and construction projects
- Proficiency in the following areas:
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry
- Trim carpentry
- Tile laying
- Door hanging
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Document work progress and materials used
Requirements
- 4 years minimum experience in remodeling
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form
- Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
