Job Position Description

  • Experience in remodeling and construction projects
  • Proficiency in the following areas:
  • Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry
  • Trim carpentry
  • Tile laying
  • Door hanging
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
  • Document work progress and materials used

Requirements

  • 4 years minimum experience in remodeling
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
  • Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as required
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
