Senior Executive Recruiter | Temporary Services Department

A growing, client-focused organization is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to compliance and payroll. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting teams with professionalism and precision.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and new hire orientations
• Maintain and update HRIS systems, personnel records, and compliance documentation
• Process payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and employee updates via ADP (Workforce Now strongly preferred)
• Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed
• Track PTO, leaves of absence, training, and performance cycles
• Provide confidential support in employee relations matters
• Collaborate with leadership on reporting, metrics, and HR process improvements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a corporate environment
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification — required
• Proficiency with ADP systems — required (Workforce Now preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English — required
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities

• HR experience within legal, insurance, or professional services sectors
• Familiarity with benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll support
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Weekly Pay
• Holiday Pay

• Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.
