Senior Executive Recruiter | Temporary Services Department
A growing, client-focused organization is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to compliance and payroll. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting teams with professionalism and precision. What You'll Do: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and new hire orientations Maintain and update HRIS systems, personnel records, and compliance documentation Process payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and employee updates via ADP (Workforce Now strongly preferred) Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed Track PTO, leaves of absence, training, and performance cycles Provide confidential support in employee relations matters Collaborate with leadership on reporting, metrics, and HR process improvements What You Bring: 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a corporate environment SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification —
required Proficiency with ADP systems —

(Workforce Now preferred) Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English —
required Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities Bonus Points For: HR experience within legal, insurance, or professional services sectors Familiarity with benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll support Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting Weekly Pay Holiday Pay After 30days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
