A dynamic manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled and adaptable HR Generalist to lead its human resources function across U.S. and U.K. operations. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment and is ready to take ownership of the full HR lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting (FMLA, OSHA, EEO, VETS).
- Administer payroll for both U.S. and U.K. teams using BambooHR (required); ADP experience is a plus.
- Lead benefits administration and open enrollment in collaboration with external brokers.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Establish tax bases for employees across multiple states.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and process optimization.
- Ensure workforce eligibility compliance for U.S. persons (citizens, green card holders, or asylum status).
- Proficient in BambooHR (must) and familiar with ADP (preferred).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on HR execution.
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.
- Flexible and resourceful in a lean business setting.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
