book of $1M–$3M in premium , with average account sizes above $75K Work with a diverse group of clients and industries Grow in a firm that prioritizes
relationship-building, employee development, and high-touch service Key Responsibilities Manage renewals, remarketing, endorsements, claims, audits, billing, and cancellations Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through expert client consultation Act as a liaison with the COI Outsourcing Team and provide guidance to junior staff Use agency management systems (EPIC ) to maintain accurate records and workflows Support the sales team through RFPs, stewardship reports, and post-renewal management Qualifications 5+ years of experience
in Commercial P&C insurance account management Solid understanding of
primary and ancillary commercial coverages Licensed in
Property & Casualty insurance Familiar with
underwriting, rating, and market placement
strategies Real Estate experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Applied EPIC experience Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (significant experience may substitute) Professional designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) a plus What’s In It for You?
