Overview
KTeam is hiring two Commercial Property & Casualty Account Managers for a new insurance brokerage leveraging AI technology and industry expertise to redefine how small and midsize businesses understand and buy insurance. The role focuses on small to midsize P&C commercial accounts, managing placements, renewals, and servicing for clients with a range of risk profiles. You will be a strategic partner between the client, carriers, and sales agents, delivering high-quality service to foster long-term client loyalty. A requirement to be considered is an active Property & Casualty and Personal Lines license(s). Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients post-sale, handling service matters and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Collaborate with assigned Sales Agents to support client goals and drive retention. Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, endorsements, remarketing, and placement of new lines of coverage when appropriate. Engage with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, confirm placements, and resolve service issues. Conduct regular policy reviews and identify cross-sell or enhanced coverage opportunities. Maintain client data and communication logs in Applied Epic, following standardized workflows and documentation practices. Embrace and utilize technology to streamline communication, documentation, and client support. Prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and deliver timely responses to client needs. Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) and prepare necessary documentation or renewal strategies. Contribute to internal process improvement and uphold operational standards of excellence. Required qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of account management experience in insurance (Property & Casualty). Active P&C and private lines insurance license(s). Strong knowledge of insurance policy structures, underwriting guidelines, and service best practices. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and large volumes of client activity. Proficient in agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-first mindset. Preferred qualifications
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation or other industry certifications. Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused agency environment. Service-oriented with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Technologically savvy and eager to use modern tools to enhance service delivery. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent prioritization. Collaborative team player with high accountability; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Decision-making & judgment
Determine when to escalate client or carrier issues to leadership or legal/compliance. Identify appropriate carriers for remarketing or alternate placement. Manage prioritization of service requests and daily workflow. Select appropriate technology tools to serve client needs. Determine communication cadence and follow-up to maximize retention. Desired outcomes for success
Maintain client retention rate of 95%+ across the assigned book of business. Achieve high client satisfaction scores through proactive service and strategic support. Complete renewals on time with thorough coverage reviews and strategic recommendations. Identify and execute cross-sell or upsell opportunities to enhance client protection and value. Maintain 100% compliance with documentation standards in Applied Epic and resolve service issues within SLAs.
