The Home Depot Position Purpose The Senior Analyst serves a key role supporting Home Depot's Pro strategic growth initiatives. The associate will create and monitor new customer engagement strategies to promote awareness and adoption of Pro-centric capabilities and sales opportunities. As part of the Pro Capabilities Engagement (PCE) team, the Senior Analyst will be a leading voice with cross-functional partners to conduct research, identify opportunities for company and customer growth, and develop impactful methodologies to produce incremental customer engagement - with an ultimate goal of maximizing customer share-of-wallet. PCE works in an agile environment, where the candidate must effectively communicate and present within expectations of shortened project timelines. This Senior Analyst must possess a creative mindset and be willing to think outside the box to evaluate changes to traditional customer outreach techniques. This may include optimizing current communication channels, developing new channel outreach concepts, as well as the potential sunsetting of legacy communication methodologies. As AI tools continue to evolve, the Senior Analyst will be expected to incorporate emerging AI-driven technologies into customer engagement strategies. This includes leveraging AI for personalization, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance outreach effectiveness and drive deeper customer connections. Familiarity with AI platforms and a proactive approach to integrating these tools will be increasingly critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities

30% Business Acumen - Subject matter expert for assigned initiative; Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and requirements associated with assigned projects; Through independent judgement, develop solutions and recommend project or strategy planning and data utilization 20% Data Analysis - Identify, research and measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets; Develop and execute ongoing enhancement/optimization strategy based on measured performance and customer feedback; Trouble shoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise 20% Effective Communication - Ability to create clear and accurate documents and presentations and ability to present and deliver to a wide variety of stakeholders 30% Project Management - Responsible for owning small to medium initiative-specific projects and reporting, prioritizing projects and tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded Minimum Qualifications

Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of Tableau Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation Demonstrated project management skills Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum Education
