As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee records, and general HR functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence Support onboarding and offboarding processes Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support Coordinate meetings and assist with HR projects as needed Filing Data Entry Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with specific software is a plus) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Contract Details
