Job Overview
We are looking for someone passionate about building strong connections with residents and providing affordable housing to those who need it most. The ideal candidate will have HUD Project Based Section 8 experience and be looking for a career filled with purpose. Responsibilities
Utilize organizational skills to provide preeminent affordable housing accommodations in the community. Create a welcoming experience and sense of community through daily interactions with prospective and current residents. Process certifications, calculate retroactive rent, and collect necessary documentation from residents. Prepare rent repayment agreements and explain rent calculations to residents according to HUD guidelines. Review EIV reports and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines. Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr, with opportunities for annual performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications
Knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD policies and procedures. Spanish speaking preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 2-4 years of leasing experience. COS certification and Notary public preferred. About Us
