A highly respected and growing law firm seeks a
Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join its litigation team . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a nationally recognized Partner who has been named a “Super Lawyer” every year since 2011. The litigation group represents a wide range of clients, including brokers, agents, appraisers, builders, developers, and lenders, in litigation and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities:
Interview clients and analyze case strategy Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions for summary judgment Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution, with direct client contact Qualifications:
4–6 years of litigation experience (real estate litigation background a plus, but not required) Proficiency in interviewing clients, drafting answers, drafting/responding to discovery, depositions, and motion practice Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and produce polished, litigation-ready work product Why Apply:
Competitive compensation:
