The position will be an expert in child support and will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of a training program, leading special projects, and participating in the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training on existing programs. Responsibilities include: Provide strategic direction and leadership for an innovative training program. Lead and/or participate in division special projects. Provide hands-on training and coaching to child support workers. Author and update clear, plain-language documentation, job aids, and resources. Maintain and expand professional expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and the child support program. Minimum Qualifications Three (3) years of professional experience which must include experience with the Minnesota Child Support programs, ability to design, develop, manage, and deliver classroom training, working with federal and state policy, procedures, and law, knowledge of and the ability to use the PRISM computer system, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Proven skills in creative development of skill enhancement training programs. Experience in community engagement and in building solid partnerships with counties, Tribes, service providers, community partners and families. Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Requirements Background investigation prior to employment.
