Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic, growing marketing team. You will be instrumental in helping our organization shape and amplify our brand voice across multiple platforms and audiences for the companies within our corporate portfolio, spanning the following industries: material handling, terminal automation, supply chain, and sports & entertainment.
The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing messaging, branding, and content initiatives that support our brand identity, campaigns, and business objectives. This role will lead content creation (such as blogs, website copy, press releases, white papers, brochures, case studies, etc.,), manage social media channels, and ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.
This role is located on-site at our Homewood, IL headquarters.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine company messaging frameworks, brand voice, and positioning
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and stakeholders
Write, edit, and manage high-quality content including blogs, press releases, social posts, case studies, ad copy, etc.,
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content
Own and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram primarily)
Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor performance, and drive engagement
Work closely with the marketing director, HR, internal communications, and business unit leaders to support company-wide initiatives and campaigns
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed
Collaborate with HR on employer branding and company culture marketing
Work closely with the marketing director and thought leaders across the organization for obtaining editorial placements and media coverage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
5–8 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or corporate communications—preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of branding, tone, and messaging
Proficiency in content tools (WordPress) and social media scheduling
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with light graphic editing (Canva, Adobe Express) a plus

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
