Job Description
Oversee full project lifecycle for ground-up and interior healthcare construction, from planning through closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to align goals and expectations. Monitor progress, risks, and quality standards, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders with clear updates on milestones and performance. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to support collaboration and long-term success. The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects (ground-up and interior). Prior expereince working with a general contractor within the healthcare market. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. Skilled communicator able to engage clients, contractors, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and safety. Proactive problem solver who can navigate complex challenges. Leadership ability to motivate teams and drive accountability. Adaptable, organized, and effective in fast-paced environments. What's on Offer
