JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain in Sears Home Services to lead strategy, automation, and innovation across critical supply chain initiatives. This role will be at the forefront of leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to streamline parts management, inventory optimization, logistics, and technician enablement.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defines and executes the product roadmap for next-generation supply chain capabilities, with a heavy focus on automation and AIdriven optimization Partners with senior leadership to align product priorities with business goals, ensuring scalability and long-term value creation Drives the adoption of predictive analytics, demand forecasting, intelligent routing, and robotic process automation (RPA) in supply chain workflows Evaluates emerging technologies and vendors to modernize operations through AI-powered decision-making Collaborates with engineering, operations, service delivery, vendor management, and field teams to deliver impactful solutions Champions automation-first thinking across product and operational teams Translates business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Manages backlog prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery timelines for automation initiatives Oversees pilots, testing, and adoption of AI-driven supply chain systems and tools Establishes and tracks key metrics such as forecast accuracy, fulfillment rates, cycle times, technician productivity, and automation ROI Uses data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvements Leads digital transformation efforts that leverage AI to predict part failures, optimize inventory placement, and automate procurement and logistics Positions Sears Home Services as a leader in modern, tech-enabled supply chain solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree 5-10 years of related experience Up to 25% travel 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in supply chain, logistics, or automation-focused roles Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technology, with expertise in automation and AI applications Strong technical acumen, with experience working with ERP/WMS/TMS platforms, RPA tools, and supply chain analytics Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional automation initiatives with measurable outcomes
PREFERRED SKILLS:
MBA Experience in home services, retail, or field operations
