Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to closeout. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues promptly. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to provide project updates and progress reports. Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor performance. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
