Startup Account Executive - Healthcare with $150K OTE. This role is on the ground floor of a breakout company at a pivotal moment. NPHub is solving a critical bottleneck in healthcare by helping Nurse Practitioner (NP) students secure the placements they need to graduate. Our core marketplace is thriving, and our new SaaS product, NPHire, is gaining traction with healthcare employers. You’ll help build the go-to-market motion from scratch and shape how we sell, win, and grow. You will work directly with the executive team, landing new logos, testing approaches, and helping create a repeatable sales playbook that scales. Responsibilities
Establish key relationships with decision-makers as a self-starter Sell a new hiring platform for Nurse Practitioners to VPs of Talent/COOs at large hospitals and hospital systems Drive for results with a hunter mentality, meeting revenue objectives Provide weekly reporting and pipeline management Complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with the forecasting cadence Serve as the Voice of the Customer and act as the Customer champion Qualifications
4 year degree from an accredited college Experience in full-cycle sales in healthcare settings (small-to-medium practices or staffing firms that sell into healthcare) or selling into hospitals and hospital systems 2-5 years of startup experience in tech Experience with 0 to 1 GTM motion is ideal Familiar with Salesforce and LinkedIn, with the ability to effectively utilize tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to self-organize and self-motivate in a virtual environment Enthusiasm, persistence, and optimism in challenging situations Strong goal orientation and desire to achieve Resilience and ability to handle rejection MEDDIC and/or SPIN selling training Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity
