Job Description
Lead procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics Manage vendor relationships and sourcing strategies (domestic and global) Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Marketing, and Technical Services Drive innovation through supplier partnerships and continuous improvement Oversee budgeting and forecasting for ingredients and supply categories Champion operational excellence and cost optimization across the supply chain MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience Proven leadership in supply chain within food manufacturing Expertise in procurement and purchasing is a must Experience with allergen scheduling is a plus Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to build systems from the ground up and lead with integrity What's on Offer
