Job Description
Oversee all phases of municipal and healthcare construction projects, from initiation to delivery. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices. Monitor project performance and implement adjustments to stay on track. Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets. The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing municipal and healthcare construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements in Charlotte.
