Job Description
Manage all aspects of municipal and healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and expectations. Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the construction process. Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards.
