We are on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and delivering exceptional service.
Inspire and motivate team members to surpass performance expectations.
Maintain optimal staffing levels while promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness to uphold top standards.
Drive profitability through efficient inventory management and waste reduction strategies.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop both crew members and management.
Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and company standards.
Ensure compliance with cash control, safety, and operational guidelines.
Execute local marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Role Requirements:
Passed Restaurant General Manager Readiness Checklist.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Valid Driver's License is required.

Proficient in Microsoft suite, back-of-house technologies, and HRIS technology platforms.

Ability to read and interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule forms.
Competent in basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including common fractions and decimals.
Capability to solve practical problems in situations with minimal standardization.

Occasionally be exposed to cooking fumes, with a moderate noise level in the work environment.
