Job Description
Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Support pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring project milestones are met. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and track budgets. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Assist with documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to hospitality projects. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage schedules, documentation, and project updates with accuracy. Demonstrates strong communication skills ,
building positive relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Thrives in a collaborative environment while also taking initiative to solve problems and anticipate project needs. Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable balancing time between office responsibilities and on-site demands. Shows eagerness to learn and grow, motivated to develop into a Project Manager role. Brings integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality, aligned with the values of a trusted general contractor. Familiar with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar), with a willingness to adopt new technology.
What's on Offer
Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits (Health insurance, 401k, bonuses, PTO, and more)
