Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. Create and maintain project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders. Track project costs, forecasts, and profitability using construction management software. Conduct regular meetings with clients, designers, and field teams to monitor progress and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards across all sites. Mentor junior staff and assist in project staffing and resource planning. The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor. Proven success in managing fast-paced commercial projects including: QSR/Fast-Casual Restaurants (e.g., Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A) Self-storage buildings Large-format grocery stores Data centers or mission-critical facilities

Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). PMP or similar certifications a plus. What's on Offer
