Job Description
Support the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of construction activities Assist in preconstruction tasks including estimating, subcontractor solicitation, and scheduling Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery Help monitor project budgets, schedules, and safety compliance Participate in project meetings and prepare required reports and updates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
At least 2 years of experience with a commercial GC, ideally in light industrial projects Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documents Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn What's on Offer
