Job Description
Manage capital expenditure projects for multifamily properties from initiation to completion. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Ensure all permits and regulatory requirements are met for construction projects. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during project execution. Establish and maintain strong relationships with property management teams and other stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Project Manager - CapEx Work should have:
A strong background in construction management or property development, with a focus on multifamily properties. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with contractors and stakeholders. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to address project challenges. What's on Offer
Competitive salary in the range of $95,000 to $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
