Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and present project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all involved parties. The Successful Applicant

=A strong background in construction project management within the business services industry. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage with stakeholders.
