Work model:

Hybrid What you will do: Oversee the full product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for innovation, reinvention, and market growth Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic product decisions Enhance financial performance through optimized pricing models, product tiering, and supply chain improvements Serve as a technical ambassador by authoring papers, presenting at industry events, and sharing customer success stories Create compelling marketing collateral, training resources, and user documentation to support product adoption Provide strategic and technical support to global sales teams, ensuring alignment with product goals Monitor key business metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to improve performance What you will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in engineering required; MBA strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in process engineering Deep knowledge of control valves, process control systems, and industrial applications Proven expertise in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy development Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, market segmentation, and product tiering Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities Willingness to travel internationally for customer engagement, training, and cross-functional collaboration Benefits overview: Vision, dental, and health insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Eric Peterson at (515) 225-7000 or email epeterson@thepalmergroup.com.
