Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager
to lead multi-million-dollar EPC projects in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
LNG facilities ,
oil & gas infrastructure , and
combined cycle power stations , with a proven ability to manage full lifecycle execution-from preconstruction through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of EPC project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, and commissioning personnel
Serve as primary client interface, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and performance metrics
Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination, contract administration, and change management
Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Drive project controls, risk mitigation strategies, and cost forecasting
Facilitate project reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
Support business development and proposal efforts for future energy projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's )
10+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial EPC projects
Direct experience with LNG terminals, oil & gas facilities, and/or combined cycle power plants
Strong understanding of process systems, mechanical/electrical integration, and commissioning protocols
PMP certification or equivalent
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
