Job Description
Oversee all phases of high-rise multifamily projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage project budgets, contracts, and financial reporting while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring strong communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has at least 10+ years of construction management experience, with a proven background delivering multifamily high-rise projects of 30+ stories. They are a strong leader with excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex teams and projects from start to finish.
