VP, Investor Relations – Asset Management (North of Boston). Are you an experienced Investor Relations professional looking for a high-impact role at a leading global asset management firm? We are seeking a Vice President to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and community-focused team. About the Role: This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the firm’s investment story for both existing and prospective investors. You will collaborate across functions to develop messaging, prepare presentation materials, support quarterly earnings, and manage relationships with analysts, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clear, compelling investor communications, including presentations, reports, and earnings materials Support quarterly earnings calls, press releases, and Board materials Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic finance and corporate initiatives Manage relationships with sell-side analysts, advisors, and other key external partners Assist in planning and executing investor roadshows, conferences, and other engagements Monitor market consensus, track analyst models, and maintain understanding of industry trends Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Investor Relations within Asset Management Experience at private market and/or hedge fund firms preferred Strong financial modeling, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR Insight, Ipreo, FactSet, or AlphaSense a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Location & Work Model

Hybrid role based north of Boston (3 days on-site per week) Moderate business travel may be required Compensation
